What is the financial cost for participating universities or host companies?

Participation is free for the 4 months of the 2026-2027 pilot, for selected institutions and host companies alike. SINDA's engineering team directly provides technical integration, faculty training, and dedicated operational support for the pilot cohort.

How are student and corporate personal data secured and protected?

StageConnect is designed to meet the requirements of Benin's data protection authority (APDP). Data is encrypted in transit and isolated per institution. No student or partner data is ever sold or used for advertising.

What level of institutional commitment is expected from our organization?

For universities: appoint an academic or career services liaison, designate a pilot cohort of approximately 50 students in targeted departments, and process agreements via the platform. For enterprises: designate mentors and submit the digital evaluation rubric at internship completion.

Which academic disciplines are eligible for the pilot program?

Priority is granted to fields featuring mandatory practical internships or final-year theses: computer science & software engineering, business administration, marketing & communications, agricultural sciences, commercial law, and applied engineering. Additional disciplines can be accommodated upon request.

What happens when the pilot phase concludes?

At the end of the pilot term in March-April 2027, an executive employability and governance report is delivered to leadership.
